Viko separates adult, educator, administrator, and learner access. Child sessions are limited to one profile, and learning records are not used for advertising.

Data collected

Profile information needed for access, presented tasks, learner responses, instructional evidence, progress, and authorized settings.

Purpose

Deliver instruction, preserve progress, establish mastery, support adult oversight, and investigate reported teaching problems.

Adult control

Authorized adults can manage learner access. Export and deletion controls are available through the learner record.

Boundaries

Child sessions cannot access sibling records, adult reports, billing, hidden rubrics, or administrative systems.
